◎Open to　　
College students of music, orchestra players, professional musicians, etc. All nationalities are welcome.
The number of applicants will be limited to 6 students each for flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, 3 students for violin, and 4 students for piano.

◎Subject music piece
Free. Please choose pieces (solo/ensemble/orchestra) that you would like to learn. Please suggest the title of the piece on the application sheet if possible.

◎Lesson
Please confirm the details of the course schedule at the secretariate upon arrival.
The lesson schedule may change depending on the progress of the lesson.
Group lessons may be scheduled at the discretion of the professor.
Lessons are open to the public. The students are free to observe other students' lessons.
please communicate actively with the professor and confirm your lesson directly by yourself.

◎Mini-Concerts
There will be professors' concert and students' concert during the period.

◎Please bring your own supplies for the lesson include your own music stand.

◎Please prepare one copy of the music for your professor, just in case.

◎Masterclasses will be open to the public. Students can attend with free of charge.

◎Please bring your own dress for performing in the mini-concert. The dress dose not have to be formal performance attire.

◎Students are requested to cooperate as much as possible in the management of concert.

◎Students and their performance might be photographed or filmed for the organizer's records and for media coverage and may be used in the news media with the name of students. IGIMA, the organizer, might use those recorded materials for its publicity and announcement purposes in future with basically free for charge. We ask for your understanding and agreement in advance.

Nakamura-Hall / Ohmori-za / Nakamura-kan / etc.
We will use several small facilities in Ohmori (the town of the World Heritage Site Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine) for your lesson. Every venues locate within walking distance (a few minutes to 10 minutes) from your accommodation.

Lesson Fee : JP-Yen 200,000.-

including personal lessonns (1hour x 7days), ticket for professors' mini-concert, your accomodation, meals for breakfast and lunch during the period.

◎Please make your own arrangements for your travel to/from Ohmori.

◎No reduction if you do not need to stay previous night(9th Aug) or last night (18th Aug.) of the period.

◎After registration, we will inform you how to pay the lesson fee.
Please prepare 30,000 Japanese-yen at the time of application and the remaining amount by July 15.
We would like to ask you the payment to be made by bank transfer.
And please bear the bank transfer fee by yourself.

We will provide several private houses for your acvcomodation in Ohmori. Although not like hotels, we hope you could immerse yourself in music at a unique accomodationwith feeling the history of Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine World Heritage Site during your stay.

◎The room will be shared with other students for your accommodation, practice, meals, and etc.

◎Breakfast and lunch are included in the fee. Dinner shall be arranged by yourself (there are some restaurants nearby). Self-cooking is available. Tableware is provided.

◎Toilet, bath, kitchen, refrigerator, laundry, etc. will be shared.

◎Please bring your own towels, pajamas, toiletries, etc.

◎Please use your own mobile phone to communicate with family and acquaintances.

◎Internet (LAN) access is limited in some facilities. Please use your own smartphone.

◎If you wish to send your luggage in advance, please send it to the following address and pick it up by yourself when you arrive.

◎Meals
Breakfast and lunch are included in the course fee.
If your meals are inadequate, please make up for it on your own.
Dinner is on your own. Self-cocking is available at the accommodation.

◎Local Transportation in Ohmori
You can easily walk between your accommodation and each lesson venue.

◎Use of Facilities
Please follow the rules set by the secretariat and Omorimachi for the use of the lesson rooms and other facilities.

◎Practice
Please use your own accommodation for your private practice.
Instrument practice in Ohmori will be allowed until 20:00.
Please ask to the secritariate for private practice rooms. The lesson rooms can be used for during the time it is not in use. Also there are some places for you to use nearby.

◎Stores
There are some small stores in ohmori, but no convenience store nearby (15 minute drive to the nearest convenience store). Please prepare necessary items in advance.
Ohmori Post Office and San-in Godo Bank are located nearby for your financial institutions.

◎Insureance
Health Care Please purchase your own insurance against illness and injury during your stay, if necessary. Those who need to take precautions such as pre-existing medical conditions or allergies should consult a physician before the event. Please inform the secretariat of such information in advance.
